David Berg spent his early years traveling with his parents, who pursued their evangelical mission with a passion. In 1924, they settled in Miami, Florida, after Virginia successfully led a series of large revivals at the Miami Gospel Tabernacle. This became Berg's home for the next 14 years, while his mother and father were pastors at a number of Miami churches.[7] As is the case with many pastors and their dependents, the Berg family depended entirely on the generosity of their parishioners for their support, and often had difficulty making ends meet. This instilled in Berg a lifelong habit of frugality, which he encouraged his followers to adopt.[citation needed]
Fred Jordan, Berg's friend and boss, allowed Berg and his personal family to open and run a branch of his Soul Clinic in Miami, Florida as a missionary training school. After running into trouble with local authorities over his aggressive disapproval of evolution being taught as fact in public schools, Berg moved his family to Fred Jordan's Texas Soul Clinic, in Western Texas.[8]
A Family Affair pedo.avi
I know Mr. Lefkowitz and his family as members of my community. They represent personal testimony to a life in which he and his family are observant of Jewish practice, deeply engaged in Jewish culture and Zionism, and committed to a serious, Hebrew literacy, but without a firm belief in God or halacha. I have had my doubts in the staying power of such a position. Part of the reassuring answer to my concerns is the life that this family has continued to lead. What is described as Social Orthodoxy seems to be good for the Jews. It keeps many Jews together and on the path of Jewish observance.
This week, in Vinton, Virginia, a smoldering home reveals a family, who all died, well before any fire started. Who could have done this? Angry drug dealers? Police conspiracy? Trusted family friend? And why? The answer to that is a little more complicated & disturbing. On top of all that, there is a walled off, secret basement tomb that needs to be excavated!! 2ff7e9595c
