I am having this error message after pressing play in origin. I recently downloaded battlefield 3 and all of the available expansions. At first I had some problems installing Direct X, but those issues seems to be fixed.
battlefield 3 all dll files download
At first, please make sure that all available Windows Updates are installed. Then, download and install .Net Framework 4 and .Net Framework Update 4.5 and the Direct X End User Runtime (Full Installer).
I found a simple solution, the above problem arises because of .dll files, you need to download dll files from their offical website but the most important thing is that if you are using x64 bit of windows either 7,8,8.1.... download dll file of x32 bit and place it in the game dictionary... more over if some have the problem of mouse shall download battlefield boardless
Update / allow Punkbuster to update. You may have outdated files or Punkbuster may not be configured correctly to work for your game. Alternatively, uninstall Punkbuster Services via the Control Panel, then repair your game to have Punkbuster reinstall. Do all this with your Antivirus and Firewall off, as well as Origin and BF3 closed.
Hey i have the right requirements for this game but when i go to install the game it gives me an initializing error. says to either download the game or renistall. renistalling isnt an option kus ive done it. theres no point in downloading it kus the disc is brandnew. idk what to do
i had the same problem my video card stop working on my dv6 pavillon playing Battlefeild 3 the problem was fixed i downloaded the latest version biosand up dated my video card in device manager im running win 7 64 bit home premium
it keeps on saying that battlefield has stopped working even though i have done all of the things in crashes and then it goes into a blackscreen in which i have to click ctrl+alt+del and then cancell out of it
You have a folder called Original in the installed path. Open it and you will see reg files and bf3.exe file. Double click and run those files and bf3.exe as well. Error comes just ignore it. and try to run the BF3.exe from Battlefield folder. Now your game should run. If not thenTry the above steps two or three times. If doesnt run then restart machine and try running those reg files and then BF3.exe file from Battlefield folder. Now atleast it should run. If not then go to below path and do thisYou will see new folder getting created in registry. To check in registry . windows+run and type regedit. hkeylocalmachine->software->wow6432node\eagames or easports.
Deleting the Battlefield 3 Folder in my documents worked for me, game is now launching. Origin first wanted me to do a repair and download 16GB!, after deleting the afformentioned folder, it was a quick 100MB download and done. I also unticked the cloud saves button in origin.
Hey Guys,I have a problem, I just upgraded my puter and redownloaded BF3 premium. Origin and battle log load fine, but when I click on a multiplayer game or even campaign. The Game manager pops up telling me to update Browser plugin and Game, yet in game manager they are both up to date.
This problem is caused when your client (Origin Downloader) downloads some corrupted files. Everytime you restart a download, Origin try to open ALL the files to get their CRC's, but these corrupted files has wrong CRC's. So you must delete all these corrupted files that are listed in a LOG file.
Delete everything in the battlefield directory except the DATA directory (which contains all the large files). Then in the Origin program in main menu click Origin -> Reload my games. Your download will continue at 61%.
I just thought I would throw in an alternative answer. I just updated Origin to the latest version, having run it for the first time since I upgraded to Windows 8.1. I was encountering Error 262145:5 on all my downloads (initial downloads, so I had no existing folders on my hard drives to delete, indicating that the other answers to this question did not apply). When I exited, Windows popped up that familiar "Did this program run correctly?" dialog, and I ran through it.
After a couple test runs, Windows determined that the application needed to be run as Administrator, using the Windows Vista (SP2) compatibility mode. Once I reached that config, downloading worked. I've been able to download and install all of my games now that the Windows compatibility settings are set correctly.
I found that if you log into Origin on their website, find BF3 on the online store, then click "Play on Origin", it will prompt you to open with the application. There you can choose Origin, and the download will work.
i found the solution , look : cut your battlefield folder from origin's games folder , and put somewhere, and then start downloading, and after downloading about 20 Mo stop it and go into your battlefeild's folder and cut : core+data+update and put it into origin's games again , and start downloading again , and have fun ^_^
as far as installation- on THIS page you have it just by moving 2 files but in the more recent download @ reshade.me, there are many more files. Do we still install just the 2 files or ALL (including 'ReShade' folder) that are in the installation file?
I'm not sure if I'm stupid or what but not clear how to get it working correctly. I did the installation, opened up the app manager, loaded up GTA into a profile but beyond that, I have noooo idea what to do. Not sure what the files mean and what adjusting each file will mean for the look of the game. Any video explanation?
my gta v wont even launch anymore and i cant figure out why, i have removed every file from the download but when i launch it, i get the loading screen but gta v never actually launches. it says that it is open in task manager so i would have to close it through there to try to reopen it. if anybody could help this problem that would be great. thanks in advance. :)
To give you better graphics and faster play experience, most games nowadays like Call of Duty and Red Dead redemption require much storage space to run. So, sometimes you may fail to install the large game files on PC due to not enough space in your RAM memory or on the hard disk.
In addition to increasing the memory size, you should make sure there is enough hard drive space as well. Here is a simple way that can help you create more hard drive space directly. That is to extend the partition that you want to save your game files in.
