My team is experiencing attachments that open in a new tab, but are only downloaded rather than viewed directly in the browser. This functionality was added back in August, and we've become quite dependent on it. Has there been some change? I've tested my browser settings on other websites. It's just happening on Smartsheet. Please advise.
Hi Preston-- Can you confirm that Chrome PDF viewer is enabled entering "chrome://plugins/" into the URL bar and verifying that the Chrome PDF viewer is "Always allowed to run"? This will only affect PDFs--other files may automatically download and you will not have the option to view them in browser. Let me know if this doesn't fix the issue. 2ff7e9595c
